GeoSolutions sarà presente alla 15esima conferenza nazionale ASITA 2011 che si terrà alla Reggia di Colorno, Parma nei giorni dal 15 al 18 Novembre 2011.
In particolare il giorno 18 Novembre l'Ing. Simone Giannecchini, uno dei fondatori di GeoSolutions e membro permanente del comitato di controllo di vari progetti Open Source,  discuterà delle potenzialità del prodotto GeoServer durante la Sessione 31, "Cartografia: gestione, aggiornamento, visualizzazione".

GeoServer Workshop at Italian GRASS and GFOSS Users' Meeting

GeoSolutions will hold a GeoServer workshop at the XII Italian GRASS and GFOSS users meeting, the annual gathering of the Italian FOSS4G crowd. 

The workshop will provide a quick introduction to the GeoServer framework and will mainly focus on:

• basic installation
• basic data configuration and publishing
• basic data exploitation

In case you are around and you want to attend the workshop, make sure to register for the conference since seats are limited!

GeoServer presentation @ Italian GFOSS day 2008

During last year's italian GFOSS day (see here) I gave a presentation on GeoServer, specifically "GeoServer, interoperabilita' à la carte". I have found it laying around on my hard drive therefore I am posting it here, in case someone can't sleep because he is not able to find it. Notice, it is in Italian!
